Common questions

Answers to the things people ask most often when they first get in touch.

How much does a typical AI project cost?
Discovery sprints start at £12,000 for two weeks. A full proof-of-concept phase, including model training and a working API, typically runs between £35,000 and £75,000 depending on data complexity. We quote fixed prices after discovery so there are no surprises.
Do we need a data science team in-house?
No. About half our clients have no in-house ML engineers. We build the system, deploy it, and handle monitoring. If you later want to bring maintenance in-house, we provide full documentation and a handover programme that includes pair-programming sessions with your developers.
How long before we see results?
Most projects go from kickoff to a production-ready model in 8 to 16 weeks. The discovery sprint (weeks 1 and 2) gives you a clear feasibility assessment and a realistic timeline for the rest of the engagement.
Where does our data go?
Your data stays in the jurisdiction you choose. We work on your infrastructure or set up a dedicated cloud tenant in a UK data centre. We never use client data to train models for other clients, and all access is logged and auditable.
